In The Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia

I was recently commissioned to create a poster design to sell to the public at this year's Blue Ridge Marathon in Virginia, USA. It's a spectacular, but gruelling, challenge that takes the runners up through the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. The design had to capture a sense of elevation and movement towards the iconic Star of Roanoke,  the world's largest freestanding illuminated man-made star, as well as a flavour of the community spirit around the event.
